General Conference/Spring Break!

Good Morning Elders!  

We hope you had a good weekend listening to conference!  What was one of your favorite talks?  I loved all but some that stood out to me was Elder Soares, Elder Uctdorf, Elder Renlund, Elder Holland, and Sister Eubank.  

Lydia and I attended the Saturday morning session of conference.  It was neat to be there for that session.  

Grandma and Grandpa got 8 tickets so this is the group that went. 

Dad was able to get tickets to the priesthood session.  Grandpa McKinney joined them for the session unfortunately they didn't get a picture of the the three of them.

On Sunday we watched the AM session at home, and then drove (Lydia drove) to Pleasant View to enjoy the afternoon with the Grandpa and Grandma and the Findlays.  After dinner and conference the boys and Lydia enjoyed a fun round of PIG (basketball game)

To everyone surprise.  It came down to the final two Lydia and Cameron.  Everyone was cheering for the "underdog"Lydia but after several attempts Cameron came out on top. 

Grandma gave Grace a piggy bank for her birthday.  She likes to give Gracie lots of pig things.  Gracie loves it and now wants to earn coins to put in her bank. 

We had a fun spring break with Grandma and Grandpa.  One day we drove down to the Manti Temple and Lydia and Jacob were baptized by Grandpa.  That is an old temple with a wonderful pioneer spirt.  Unfortunately we didn't get a picture of all of us at the temple.  We even ate in the temple cafeteria.  Jacob loved his meatloaf that he ate there and said it was one of the best meals he had ever had.  Even better than Molly's Ribs that he had on his birthday.  I joked with him and said well from now one your birthday meal will be at the Manti temple;)

Sorry we didn't take more pictures last week.  It was a busy and we just kept forgetting to get any pictures.
