Look a likes!

Happy Tuesday Landon and Mason!  

Hope you guys had a good week!  Here is some of what we have been up to at home.  

It feels like spring here now and just like that we went from really cold to sunny.  The snow is starting to melt and so we are feeling anxious about getting up to get some last days of skiing in.  

On Saturday Dad took Jacob to Alta resort.  They had a full day up there and it was sunny but plenty of snow so a perfect ski day.   The only downside was Jacob took a wrong turn and ended up on a black diamond and took a pretty hard crash.  Guess it scared some other skiers that they even called for the medic, but he was alright and enjoyed the remaining of the day on the slopes and went home with only a small scratch. 

Monday night Dad took Grace up to Sundance for a bit of night skiing.  It's lighter till 7:30pm so it's not bad night skiing.  As I write they are still gone but Dad sent me these two pictures.  Gracie was looking forward to her ski lesson with Dad, but she also likes to eat the snow more than ski. 

 Speaking of eating I think she might have the biggest sweet tooth.  She was so excited when a little friend come over on St. Patricks day with this cute cupcake. 

And on Saturday she earned this big sundae (didn't know it would be so big) when she sat through "Lamb of God" so quietly!

Lydia and I enjoyed sharing this big sundae together too.  Lots fo ice cream! 

Lydia has been driving lots and today she started drivers ed.  On Sunday morning I took her on the freeway (wanted to go when it was low traffic).  She did well and is gearing up to enduring the next few weeks of getting to school by 6am. 

Family Search tree app has a fun activity where you can take a picture of yourself and see what ancestor you look most a like.  Well this was mine (and I even took 2 different pictures).   The funny thing is Dad got a woman.  Otis Terry comes from Grandma Nielsen side.  We had a good laugh!
