Firsts and Lasts

Happy Valentines Day this week Landon and Mason!
We are excited to hear from you and about transfers.

At home we have been preparing for Valentines Day.  Gracie is so excited about making her first valentines to give out in preschool.  We found this "pig" valentine idea and Gracie most defiantly wanted to give this one to her friends.  She is still very into pigs and sleeps every night with her stuffed pig still.  Its getting more worn but she loves it just as much as she did when she was a baby.

Just when we get started with Valentines with Gracie we are ending them with Jacob.  Last elementary Valentines day for him.  He wanted to give some funny Valentine puns this year.  Here are a few of them...

I think you are "grate"
Don't go "Bacon" my heart
I love you from my head "tomatoes"
I wish I had "smores' friends like you
You have a "pizza" of my heart.

He didn't want a Valentine this year, but a girl asked him and he says he didn't want to say no.  It means nothing to him, so that's ok I guess.

Gracie was excited about a new pig that Grandma and Grandpa sent her for Valentines day.  When you squeeze it, it oinks.  Today she had to take it with us to Costco and Walmart.  I told her it had to be quiet.  She told me "that's the way the pig talks".   She also got this cute blanket that Grandma made for her too.  It's a Peppa Pig blanket.   I wonder if she will every grow out of her liking for pigs.
Her cute Sunday Valentine hair.

Dad had fun at the priest overnighter.  He probably told you about some of it.  Here are a few pictures from it.
The big snow cat that took everyone up to the cabin.

Gracie also had a new friend over this past week.  Her name is Elizabeth.  They are only one week apart.  Grace loves having friends over!

We love you!  Hope you are doing well!
