Christmas Break!

 Greetings Landon and Mason!

As always we are excited to hear from you this week.  Hope you've had a good week.
It's been Christmas week hear and since my last blog post here is a a post from Christmas day 2018!

Santa came!  It was late but he came while the kids were all snug in their beds.

The three of them camped out in your room.  Lydia and Jacob fell asleep watching a movie but Gracie was fast asleep.

In the morning, they were excited and couldn't wait to come out of the room.
Gracie liked seeing that Santa ate the cookies and milk she left for him and the reindeer enjoyed the carrots.

She was pretty exited about getting a bike!  She also go a toy ice cream cart. It was something she has been asking for non stop for a few months now.  Unfortunately I failed to get a picture of it.  Next week I will take a picture of her serving up some toy ice cream.  We've been eating a lot of it around here;)

Jacob got a watch that can call a few numbers.  It also tells time and we can locate him via GPS.  He was pretty excited.  It will be easier to get a hold of him when he's at a friends house, or home alone now.

Lydia was excited about her new speaker too.

Jacob said he told you guys about the Lego temple he got.  He as pretty excited about it and completed it already.  1577 pieces!

Finish product!
And Gracie fast asleep after a full day of Christmas.

We hadn't had a chance to go to Temple Square to see the lights as a family so the day after Christmas we went to SLC.  It was a great time to visit, as their was not as many people there and the lights were beautiful.

Because it wasn't very crowded we were able to walk around easily and see everything. Even enjoy the nativity recording by the tabernacle.

The Lion House serves Hot Chocolate during Christmas.  We stopped there to warm up.

We also visited the Light the World vending machines.  We were able to make a purchase of 5 back packs that will go to some children in need.
 Our attempt at a Selfie!

Dad took Gracie sledding one day.  She loved it.  She even tested out some ski googles.

We wanted to get any medical before the end of the year.  Lydia has had a mole on her eyelid for several years.  We didn't know if it would be possible to remove it.  We went to the dermatologist and they were able to burn it off.  He is the last picture of her with the mole on her eye.  She's pretty excited about loosing it.

One day all the Findlays came down and we went bowling, and came back and played games.  Unfortunately I didn't' get any pictures.  Except for this silly one of Jacob playing a funny eating game that Kaitlyn brought.

On Saturday we went to Saydie's open house.  She had her open house the day before her farewell.  It was good to go support her and she is excited to go soon on her mission.  Grandma and Tommy were also there.  They had several members of their branch there as well.

They had a display of pictures of her growing up.  You both were in two of of the pictures.  Here is one of you guys when you were just babies.  So cute!

She also had your videos playing on a labtop at the open house.  She was very grateful that you sent them.  Thank you so much!
Jello with her picture on it.

We love you!
