Summer is HERE!

Hello to the BEST ELDERS!! 

Well school is official out!  Last day was on Friday and I think everyone here can agree that we are all excited to be done.  Crazy how fast this last school year went.  Seems like it wasn't that long ago that we were doing your graduations!  

We hope you both are doing well!  We are anxious to hear from you!

She was excited that I  bought a slip and slide.  She spent a good afternoon out on it.  The days are getting warmer! 

 Lydia had her end of the year voice recital.  She sang a song that she has been working on for months that she wouldn't let dad or I hear until the recital.  It's a very complicated song with opera and jazz.  She did fantastic and Dad and I were very surprised at her ability to sing so differently in one song.

I also enjoyed an afternoon at the Provo temple.  I have been trying to go twice a month, unfortunately, this was the only time I have gone in May.  Guess I need I have a few more days to go again.   

 After church on Sunday we headed north.  Monday was Memorial Day and we stopped at Grandma Naylor's grave in Bountiful and Tim's (not pictured) in Centerville.  Then we went to Logan and stayed the night and visited Grandma and Grandpa's grave the next morning. 

Sunday night we had fun walking around Utah State!  The weather had predicted lots of rain but we were lucky and it was a pleasant evening.

 We also visited Willow Park in Logan.  Right went we got there the rain came.  But we made the best of it. 

 We had the batting cages to ourselves at the park as well. 

 Finished off our little "holiday" (what Grace called our little getaway) at the Bluebird.  Not much has changed there in 25 years! 

We sure love visiting the birth place of our two favorite missionaries.  Think of you all the time!
