Boxen!

Hi Landon and Mason!  

Hope you've had a great week!  This past week seemed to go fast here at home.  It seems like we just wrote you, which is kind of fun!  

Last Monday Jacob made a box at Webelos at Brother Poulson's shop.  He was proud of his box! 

Valentines Day! 
Dad spoiled us in the morning with pink waffles! 

Jacob has gotten really into Brian Reagan.  He was really bummed earlier this month not to make into the Spelling Bee after studying so hard.   So in order to help his disappointment I had him listen to Brian Reagan's Spelling Bee monologue.  It helped and he became a fan.  This is what he came up for his his Valentine Box this year!   He was proud of it and said a lot of kids liked it too.    

Jacob also had 2 Valentines this year.  (Having Valentines in Elementary School is a thing in Utah, never heard of it in WA).  Both of his Valentines asked him.  He was kind of embarrassed about it.  But we put some candy together for them and gave them to them in the morning while wishing he didn't have to.  He was also presently surprised by the gifts he received from them and at the end of the day was glad he had a couple of Valentines. 

Gracie loved Valentines Day too.   She even got two Valentines from two different friends.  

Jacob and I went skiing on Saturday!  

There was some new snow and it was sunny, sunny, the perfect ski day!
