"Is this leaving on a mission?"
Hi Landon and Mason!
It's been a busy week for us. But as busy as we are you two are never far from our thoughts and prayers. We hope you both had good week and this blog email finds you well.
Gracie and I are at Grandma and Grandpa's currently. We have been here for a few days. I told her the day before we left that we were going to come and she was so excited. She was also excited to ride on an airplane. The Hatches were at our house till right up till Caleb left for the MTC and then after he left Dad drove me to the airport. When we got to the airport and pulled up Grace recognized it and said "is this leaving on a mission?" She had remembered the last times we had been there and was probably wondering if she or Dad or I was going on a mission. Dad and I had a good little laugh. She surprises us sometimes with the things she says.

Leaving on a mission
Caleb all ready
View from plane as we landed. You can see the Seattle temple very small pass Lake Washington.
Holly got married the next day (thursday). It was a beautiful sealing and reception. I was so happy for them. Both families have been through a lot and being in the temple that day was a reminder to me if we endure through the hard trials of life and do so obediently and with Faith we will be blessed.
Taylor is also getting ready to leave on his mission. He leaves on Wednesday and fly's to Ghana to attend the MTC there. He is excited and seems ready to get out there. He said to say " hi" to you guys. Lots happening in this family this week.
On Saturday, we went with the McKinney's to a pumpkin patch in Enumclaw. Gracie had a blast! She could have stayed all day, her favorite was jumping in the corn. She still talks about it.
She is not afraid of ponies anymore!
Having fun with cousins
Back in Utah the rest of the family have been:
Cleaning up the garden and yard and getting it ready for winter! Brrrr
Went to Logan for USU homecoming parade and football game
Catching squeaky cheese at the parade
Bummer football game, they lost after winning most of the game.
Aggie Ice Cream after the game
Then on Sunday, Dad, Lydia and Jacob went to Elder Kaufusi's homecoming! Mom and Gracie were bummed to miss it and give a hug to someone that hugged Mason recently, but we were glad the rest of them got to go. The three of them were impressed with him and his height.
We love you!
